Yoga/Mindfulness Club - 4/9, 4/23, 4/30/, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21
We will be doing a variety of movement activities to help us be prepared and focused for a successful school day. Students will be introduced to the mental and physical health benefits of yoga and mindfulness. This will provide them with an expressive outlet, a path to healthy living, and a way to increase focus and reduce stress.

Club Information
Clubs run after school 3:30-4:40, unless otherwise specified by teacher. Note some math clubs are morning only. Teachers will reach out about special dates or details. Clubs run for 6 sessions. Clubs are a fun way for kids to connect! Our teachers and faculty also love running these clubs.
