Yoga, Mindfulness, Inner Peace! Club - 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18
Yoga, Mindfulness, Inner Peace! Club will introduce the students to the practice of yoga. The students will need to have a mat to practice on, if possible. I will talk to them about setting positive intentions for their practice, and we will practice connecting our breath with our movements. I am hoping the kids are excited to practice yoga and be able to identify their inner strengths; both physically and mentally, acknowledging how special we all are.

Club Information
Teachers will reach out about special dates or details. Clubs run for 6 sessions. Clubs are a fun way for kids to connect! Our teachers and faculty also love running these clubs.
Our club health form must be filled out prior to clubs starting.
Please reach out to your homeroom teacher to let them know if your student will be in clubs and when those days are.
