Hello 5th Grade Parents!

 

We can't believe it, but the fifth grade is quickly coming to a close. Every year, we do a yearbook for the graduating class and we need your help! Yearbook ordering information and distribution information will be announced soon. For now, we are collecting baby pictures and candid pictures of the students to include.

 

For baby pictures:

Please start a new email to chathamyearbook2025@gmail.com  and put Child's First and Last Name in the email Subject line

(1) Attach One baby picture that best represents your 5th grader (No physical photo paper pictures). 

In years past, the students completed a questionnaire with the baby picture submission. This year, the students completed that in the classroom. 

 

For candid photos:

Please upload to the shared Google Folder. If you cannot upload or if you would prefer to email separately, please email at chathamyearbook2025@gmail.com  

*Photos must be at school events.

*Photos must have 3+ students in them.
